Little Foxes Art School was founded in 2023, with the goal of providing children with a space where they can explore their creativity, make new friends, and learn more about the natural world around them. Our focus is on combining art and nature to create a unique learning experience that is both fun and educational. At Little Foxes Art School, we believe that every child is curious, creative and eager to express themselves. We are proud to be a part of their journey towards discovering their passions.

Sarah holds a B.A. in Communication Studies from Northwestern University, an M.Ed. in Elementary Education from The George Washington University, and an M.A. in International Educational Development from Columbia University. She's been teaching young children for over 14 years. Before starting Little Foxes Art School, she taught at an International School in Rome and private and public schools in DC and New York. Her experience also includes attendance at conferences and professional development including the Smithsonian National Portrait Gallery, Learning and the Brain, National Association for Gifted Children, and Maryland Educators for Gifted Children.
Sarah has a deep appreciation for art, Children's Literature, and childhood. In her spare time she loves to paint and draw. She is happiest when she sees her students light up and is the proud mother of two young exuberant children!
